I recommend trying a classic Earl Grey tea with bergamot flavor for a traditional and aromatic experience. If you prefer a twist on the classic, you might enjoy a lavender Earl Grey for a floral and soothing taste. For a more robust and bold flavor, a double bergamot Earl Grey could be a great choice. Ultimately, the best Earl Grey for you will depend on your personal taste preferences, so I encourage you to try a few different varieties to find your favorite. **

Ceylon, Assam, and Earl Grey are all types of black tea, but they have distinct differences. Ceylon tea is grown in Sri Lanka and is known for its bright, citrusy flavor. Assam tea comes from the Assam region in India and is known for its robust, malty flavor. Earl Grey, on the other hand, is not a type of tea but a flavored tea that is typically made with a base of black tea, often Ceylon or Assam, and infused with bergamot oil, giving it a distinct citrusy and floral flavor. **
